Where an item of goods or a service has several options of type, specification, quantity, validity period or package, the corresponding price is displayed so that you can choose before ordering.
The price that applies is the price displayed at the moment you confirm your order.
Where a promotion is running, its price, period and conditions are published before you place an order.
Published prices are inclusive of VAT.
The price published against each item of goods or service states clearly whether it includes or excludes delivery charges and any other additional costs.
Delivery charges and any other additional costs, where they apply, are displayed or notified to you before you confirm an order.
We do not charge any amount that has not been published and that you have not confirmed.
