How does Qi Men for Commercial Warfare differ from the ordinary Qi Men Dun Jia tool?+
The board itself is still set by the standard Qi Men engine, the Hour Board on the Rotating Board, but the whole layer of reading is designed for business decisions: 6 studies in commercial warfare (signing, negotiation, M&A, raising capital, a launch, and competition or litigation), the timing scored on 5 levels, the direction from which to move, and a scan of the timing across several days to find the golden hour to act.
How does the scan of the timing work?+
The system sets and scores every Hour Board across the range of days you choose, 12 hours a day, against the study you selected. For instance, scan the next 7 days to find the best hour to sign a contract. The results are ranked from highly auspicious to highly inauspicious, with the good direction for each hour; tap an hour and the full board for it is set at once.
What is the direction to move from used for?+
Each board has one palace strongest in Qi for that study. When you act, sit at or face that direction: place the negotiating table, choose the way the launch stage faces, or set out in that direction to meet a partner, and borrow the advantage of the ground for your move.
Can the result replace business judgement?+
No. Qi Men gives the timing of heaven and the advantage of the ground; harmony among people, inner strength and the quality of the deal are still decided by the people involved. The tool helps you choose the right moment to make a move you have already prepared carefully. It is not a charm to stand in place of that preparation.
