What is Huyền Không Lục Pháp?

Huyền Không Lục Pháp (玄空六法) is the third school of Xuan Kong Feng Shui, set in order from the classics by Đàm Dưỡng Ngô (談養吾, 1889 to ?). It joins six methods: Huyền Không 玄空, Thư Hùng 雌雄, Kim Long 金龍, Ai Tinh 挨星, Thành Môn 城門 and Thái Tuế 太歲.

How does Huyền Không Lục Pháp differ from Flying Star?

Flying Star uses the Luo Shu 洛書 and flies along the path 1→9, while Lục Pháp uses the He Tu 河圖 and the Early Heaven trigram positions. Lục Pháp holds Thư Hùng 雌雄, the union of Yin and Yang, to be the heart of the matter, and has its own Kim Long 金龍 system for finding the sector of prosperous qi in each Period.

What is Kim Long in Lục Pháp?

Kim Long (金龍) means the Golden Dragon, and denotes the sector of prosperous qi for each Period in the Three Cycles and Nine Periods 三元九運. Every Period has its own Kim Long sector; the door should be placed there, or the water received there, so as to draw in the living qi 生氣.

What does Thành Môn mean?

Thành Môn (城門) means the city gate, the place by which qi comes and goes. In practice the Thành Môn is the nearest turning, lying 45° to the left or right of the facing of the house. If the Thành Môn stands in a prosperous sector it is greatly auspicious, and this matters especially for a house in the city.
