Một trong những nhà thờ gỗ lớn nhất Nam Mỹ, đặt đá năm 1883 do thầy dòng Frans Harmes chỉ huy, mặt tiền sơn vàng và xám xanh, thân bằng gỗ greenheart của Suriname, bên trong ốp gỗ tuyết tùng đỏ nâu. Lối vòm tròn tân Roman kết hợp hai tháp nhọn tân Gothic, nằm trong khu nội thành lịch sử Paramaribo được UNESCO ghi danh năm 2002. Sau gần hai mươi năm đóng cửa vì mối mọt, nhà thờ trùng tu xong năm 2010 và được nâng làm vương cung thánh đường năm 2014, nơi đây còn giữ mộ Chân phước Peerke Donders.

Why is my country still grey
