Nhà thờ chính của San Marino dâng kính Thánh Marinô, người lập nên cộng đồng trên núi Titano, dựng theo lối tân cổ điển của kiến trúc sư Antonio Serra từ năm 1826 tới 1838 thay cho ngôi nhà thờ cổ Domus Plebis có văn bản từ năm 1113. Mười sáu cột Corinth bao quanh cung thánh, sau bàn thờ chính là tượng đá hoa Thánh Marinô của Adamo Tadolini, hài cốt thánh được giữ dưới bàn thờ và trong tượng bán thân bằng bạc mạ vàng. Nhà thờ được phong vương cung thánh đường năm 1926.
