Thánh đường lớn giữa trung tâm thủ đô Tchad, nằm đối diện Chợ Trung tâm, xây trong thập niên 1970 bằng tiền tài trợ từ nước ngoài và theo hai nguồn thì hoàn thành năm 1978. Công trình có các tháp gọi cầu nguyện cao mảnh nổi trên nền trời khu trung tâm, một sân rộng và gian cầu nguyện chứa khoảng 4.000 người. Trong khuôn viên còn có thư viện, giảng đường và các lớp dạy giáo lý Hồi giáo, cửa mở hằng ngày từ 4 giờ 30 tới 21 giờ.

Why are there no opening hours or ticket prices
Because they change constantly. A library that is wrong once about a practical detail loses its standing on everything else. Check with the place itself before you travel.
Where do the images come from
From Wikimedia Commons under open licences, each credited to its photographer, or photographed by UK MASTER ACADEMY. No image is published without both its author and its licence.
How were these places chosen
Four tests: it is officially listed as a heritage site, it belongs to a tradition this library covers, its site and orientation can be read in feng shui terms, and an openly licensed photograph exists.
Why is my country still grey
